As a person in long term recovery, and as a helping professional, I have witnessed the beauty that happens when a person embarks on a path to recovery and wellness. I am passionate about helping others on their healing journeys because I truly believe that change, and a better life, is possible, when we do the work required to free ourselves from addiction. We all need support on this path, which can look different for everyone. My hope is that our programs at Facilitating Changes will support clients to create their own unique goals and dreams, and build the life they so deserve to live.
